At unaWare Games, apps are created with the user's privacy and safety in mind.

• No user data will be gathered by unaWare Games.  Selling or exposing user data cannot happen because it is never in our possession.
• Apps will not have any capability for internet access.  This prevents any possibility of tracking user behavior or serving personalized ads.
• Users will not be asked to share data with third parties, the only exception being data necessary for purchase.
• No subscriptions.  Apps and games will be one-time purchases and any updates will be free.
• No paid DLC.  All content updates are included in the purchase price.
• No crippled features unlocked for additional costs.
